One of Jersey City’s premiere shopping districts is getting a much welcomed improvement. The Central Avenue Streetscape project has begun. The project will bring new sidewalks, improved lighting, repaved streets and an overhaul sprucing up to the neighborhood.
The city tweeted out the following photos this morning:
The #CentralAveStreetscapeProject has officially commenced! It will take roughly 270 days bringing new sidewalks, streetlights, signage, & repaved streets.
