A 30 year old female victim of Jersey City stated that after engaging in a verbal dispute with an Uber driver, the driver struck her with a baseball bat and fled the scene.
According to Police the incident took place at 500 Bayonne Crossing Way in front of Walmart. The incident remains under investigation and the victim refused medical attention.
