A three week, summer media camp is underway for Union City middle and high school students. The camp, which has approximately 35 participants, is being held at Union City High School.
The students are learning all aspects of visual and media arts…everything from photography to art, to E-Sports and video and film production.
The camp gives the students a jump start before they return to class in the fall and take part in the Eagle Vision Media program.
The camp began about five years ago under the direction of Board of Education district Visual and Media Arts Supervisor Roberto Astudillo. This is the first time middle school students are a part of the summer camp.
