Union City Lights Árbol de Navidad en el Parque de Washington

Union City residents gathered in Washington Park along the Union City, Jersey City border late Thursday afternoon, as Union City Commissioner Lucio Fernandez was joined by Santa Claus for the lighting of the municipal Christmas tree.

Members of the Union City High School marching band and chorus were on hand to spread holiday joy through Christmas songs.  The tree lighting was co-sponsored by the city, the Washington Park Association and the County of Hudson.
