Union City Mayor Brian Stack has announced that outdoor swimming pools and spray parks throughout the city will be opening on July 1st. There are several new rules for the public to abide by this summer, including, the facility can only operate at 50 percent capacity and Union City residents must show photo proof of identity.
Social distancing will be enforced at all times, even when you are in the pool. Face coverings must be worn when entering and exiting the facility, when you are in the bathroom and on the pool deck. Face coverings will not be required when in the pool or using the spray equipment.
Parents must stay with their children at all times.
