Union City Treats Residents to Lively Colombian-Ecuadorian Cultural Festival

On Saturday, Union City Mayor Brian P. Stack and the Board of Commissioners brought excitement to residents with the Colombian-Ecuadorian Cultural Festival. The event celebrated the strong rooted culture of Colombia and Ecuador, especially in the Hudson County area. Several food stands offering cuisine of both countries, live music performance, and free rides for children. Even the thunderstorms were not enough to stop the show, as several tents were set up to avoid the rain. The festivities were held on 49th street, between Hudson and Broadway Avenue..
