On Thursday morning, Union City Commissioner Lucio Fernandez and his fellow Commissioners welcomed Latin Grammy Award winning rock band Los Rabanes to his office in City Hall. The four member band has produced fifteen albums over a two decade career.
From Panama, Los Rabanes is considered a ska rock / punk rock fusion band. They are the first Central American band to win a Latin Grammy Award in the Best Rock album category.
