Community: WNY Football and Football Cheer Registration Now Open

Mayor Gabriel Rodriguez, Commissioner Cosmo. A. Cirillo, Ph.D. and the Division of Recreation are happy to announce that registrations for our 2021 Youth Football and Football Cheer Programs are now being accepted. These free and fun programs are open to West New Yorkers Only.

Football is open to ages 5-15. Participants that are 15 years of age must be born between October 1 and December 31, 2006 in order to register.

Ages 5-8 will participate in flag football clinics, practices and games.

Ages 9-15 will participate in traditional tackle football.

Cheer is open to ages 7-14.

Registration Requirements for All WNY Recreation Programs include…

Participant’s Birth Certificate or Valid United States Passport

TWO (2) Parent / Guardian Valid Proofs of WNY Address.

Primary Proof of Address Required – Official Mail Received within the past 30 days. Examples- Electric Bill, Bank Statement, Cable Bill. NO JUNK MAIL.

Secondary Proof of Address Required – Most recent WNY School Report Card or Proof of Enrollment within WNY School District. If child does not attend WNY School District, a Valid New Jersey State ID with WNY Address on it must be presented.

These activities will begin in August. All registrations are being accepted Monday-Friday at Town Hall (428 60th Street). Please call 201-295-5120 for further information.
