Hoboken Police officers arrested 30-year-old Lenny Bolger of Union City after a foot pursuit. Bolger, who was wanted on multiple charges out of Jersey City, was spotted by Officer Rose Kanan on the 300 block of Jackson Street.
Bolger initially provided a false identity but fled on foot when officers realized his true identity. After a short chase, during which Bolger attempted to harm officers, he was apprehended in a parking lot on the 200 block of Harrison Street.
Bolger was charged with aggravated assault, resisting arrest, and hindering by giving false information. He was also wanted in Jersey City for robbery, aggravated assault, and making terroristic threats.
Bolger was taken to the Hudson County Correctional Facility.
