For Adrian Tejada:

On January 28, 2024, Tejada allegedly threatened to commit aggravated assault with the purpose to terrorize individuals, in violation of N.J.S. 2C:12-3A, a crime of the third degree.

For Mario Albero:

On January 28, 2024, Albeiro allegedly possessed a baseball bat with the purpose to use it unlawfully against the person or property of another, in violation of N.J.S. 2C:39-4D, a crime of the third degree.

On January 28, 2024, Albeiro knowingly entered a structure with the purpose to commit an offense therein, in violation of N.J.S. 2C:18-2A, a crime of the third degree.

On January 28, 2024, Albeiro possessed a baseball bat under circumstances not manifestly appropriate for its lawful use, in violation of N.J.S. 2C:39-5D, a crime of the fourth degree.

While the press release only mentioned a baseball bat, the incident reports indicate the presence of a handgun at the scene.
