“Estamos al tanto del incidente y hemos estado en comunicación con el liderazgo del Departamento de Policía de Jersey City y la Unidad de Asuntos Internos. La investigación inicial está siendo manejada por la Unidad de Asuntos Internos del Departamento de Policía de Jersey City y, como es estándar para todos los incidentes de uso de fuerza, seguirá el curso normal de revisión. Dado que esta es una investigación de asuntos internos, no se puede liberar más información en este momento.”

With all due respect if a cop come up to you and you swing on him and he defends himself that's NOT INSECURITY that's Law Enforcement. After watching the extended video version the bottom-line is This all could have been avoided peacefully by the initial perpetrators who likes to settle their differences through violence. The cops did their job. Disperse can control the situation.
