The Union City Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating a 24-year old male who was last seen four days ago. Devin Richard Biedenkapp was last seen on Thursday night, January 13 at 8 pm heading to the Hudson-Bergen Light Rail Station at 9th and Congress Streets atop the Palisades in Jersey City.
Biedenkapp is 6’01” tall and weighs 167 pounds. He has brown eyes with black hair in dreadlocks. According to police he was last seen wearing a black ski hat, black gloves, a North Face jacket and a grey hooded sweatshirt with blue jeans and red sneakers.
