Incident Details
The vehicle involved is a Gray Ford Explorer manufactured between 2020 & 2024, with New Jersey license plates, tinted windows, and a tinted windshield. The victim of the accident is an 11-year-old boy.
Seeking Witnesses
The police are particularly interested in identifying a witness who was dressed in black and pushing a baby carriage at the time of the incident.
