The Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office announced last week that a 24-year old Union City babysitter has been charged with endangering the welfare of a child.

The victim is a two-year old girl in her care who suffered injuries to her back and leg.  Hudson TV reporter Jeff Henig spoke with RF Injury Law attorney Pete Festa to learn what options lie ahead for the defendant as the case moves along.
