Secaucus Police have been busy over the past week, making multiple arrests in relation to various crimes.
On February 27, 2023, police responded to a shoplifting incident at CVS on Plaza Centre Road, where the suspects fled in a motor vehicle before crashing in North Bergen. The police arrested Omar Ricketts of the Bronx, NY for shoplifting, eluding, receiving stolen property, and conspiracy to commit shoplifting, and Shania Brown of the Bronx, NY for shoplifting and conspiracy to commit shoplifting.
On February 28, police arrested Imani Brummel of Irvington, NJ for an outstanding warrant issued out of Woodbridge, NJ during a motor vehicle stop. They also arrested a 16-year-old male of Secaucus, NJ for robbery, conspiracy to commit robbery, and aggravated assault after he reported a robbery incident at Schmidt’s Woods.
On March 1, police arrested Mohammed Mosilhy of North Bergen, NJ for an outstanding warrant issued out of Lodi, NJ, and David Thomas of Conyers, GA for an outstanding warrant issued out of Jersey City, NJ.
On March 2, police responded to a report of a suspicious male in the parking lot of 101 Plaza Centre Rd and arrested Anthony Hines of Passaic, NJ for an outstanding warrant issued out of Clifton, NJ. They also responded to a shoplifting incident at Home Depot and arrested Ricardo Matienzo of North Bergen, NJ for shoplifting.
Finally, on March 2, in relation to an eluding incident that occurred on February 27, police arrested Brandon McKinney of Newark, NJ for eluding and an outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ.
These arrests show the dedication and hard work of the Secaucus Police Department in keeping the community safe.
